Two words on our crest, held together on purpose — quality without excellence is comfortable, excellence without quality does not last. Underneath them is ordinary, careful schooling: learners taught from Baby Room through JHS, placed by entrance assessment, and reported on in enough detail that a parent can see exactly where their child stands.
Classes run in streams, so a year group is split into rooms small enough to teach.
Every learner sits an in-person entrance assessment before a class is allocated, so a child starts in the room that actually matches where they are.
About 500 learners and 25 teachers. Year groups are split into A and B streams so no single room carries a whole year at once.
Twenty-four classes across Pre-School, Primary and Junior High, so a child can start in the Baby Room and move up without ever changing school.
Primary report cards carry a class position alongside the subject marks, with a class teacher's remark and a head teacher's remark on every report.

Each program builds on the last. Learners don't have to adjust to a new school every few years — they grow up here.
Lots of sensory play, singing, and practical life stuff — pouring water, buttoning shirts. They learn by doing, and they love it.
This is where the learning materials really come alive. Learners choose their work, build concentration, and start reading and counting on their own terms.
The bridge year. Reading becomes fluent, maths gets more abstract, and learners start working on group projects that teach collaboration.
Independent research, deeper thinking, and real responsibility. By the time they leave Premier, they know how to learn — not just what to memorise.

Our JHS learners sit the BECE, and the result goes up on the gate for the whole town to see.

The banner at our entrance says it plainly — every candidate through. It stays up because it is the thing we are proudest of, and the standard the next group is working toward.
